Where can I buy your products?

How do I place an order online?

You may browse through the products available on our website, shoparefino.com, and select on a product to review its specifications and photos. You can select “BUY IT NOW” and immediately proceed to checkout or you can select “ADD TO CART” to save the product and view more items.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through Bank Deposit / Online Transfer to our following accounts:

  • Security Bank account
  • BPI account

Online transfer to our accounts can be done via third-party bank transfer through major banks.

Bank information will be available via email once you have confirmed your order.

How do I confirm that my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order on our website, shopartefino.com, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Make sure to use a working email address upon checkout.

How long can I have an item reserved?

Upon receiving the confirmation email, the item/s ordered are reserved for you. Payments must be settled within 24 hours from receipt of payment details. Failure to pay within that time will automatically cancel your order.

Can I modify my order before it ships? Can I modify my shipping address before my order ships?

You may modify your order within 12 hours after placing your order by sending us an email at shop@artefinoph.com with the following information:

  • Order # (as indicated in the confirmation email)
  • Product name of item/s you wish to be replaced
  • Product name of item/s you wish to replace it with

You may modify your shipping address within 12 hours after placing an order by sending us an email at shop@artefinoph.com with the following information:

  • Order # (as indicated in the confirmation email)
  • Previous shipping address
  • New shipping address

Changes in shipping fee may apply.
