Returns and Exchanges

Important: All sales are final and are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges can only be granted under the conditions below and if the request has been made within two (2) days of receipt of the product.

 

When can I return / exchange my purchase?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted on the following conditions:

  1. IF the wrong product is delivered
  2. IF the product is damaged
  3. IF the product is defective
  4. IF the product is not what is expected (due to its artisanal nature)
  5. Change in size

Requests for exchange must be made within two (2) days of receipt of the product. Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via email and you may ship your order back to ArteFino to the address provided. Once we have received your returned item, allow up to two (2) working days for us to evaluate your returned items and prepare your new ones for shipping.

Shipping fees to and from ArteFino of products under conditions 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be shouldered by ArteFino.

Shipping fees to and from ArteFino of products under condition 5 will be shouldered by the buyer.

Any customs duties and/or taxes which you paid will not be refunded.

 

How do I go about exchanging my qualified product?

You may exchange the product for another of equal or higher value (subject to additional fees should the new product be of higher value). Provided, that they meet the conditions identified above. All exchanges are subject to availability of the product exchanged for.

To request an exchange, kindly email us at shop@artefinoph.com - with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Order #0000

Body:

  • Order # (as indicated in the confirmation email)
  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Email address used to shop
  • Reason for the return of item/s
  • Photos of your item/s (for damaged or defective products, kindly make sure that damaged or defective part is evident)

Wait for confirmation from ArteFino that your purchase is qualified for an exchange before shipping the product back to us.

 

Do you accept refunds?

All sales are final and are non-refundable. If you do not want to immediately exchange your returned item, we may refund you through credits. No refunds in monetary form will be given.
