Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

All transactions are non-refundable. You may exchange items that are of equal or higher value (subject to additional fees) provided they meet the conditions identified above.

What items are qualified for exchanges?

Exchanges are only accepted on the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective

How do we exchange our products?

To request an exchange of product, kindly email us at with the following information:

  • Order # (as indicated in the confirmation email)
  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Email address used to shop
  • Reason for the return of item/s
  • Photos of your item/s (for damaged or defective products, kindly make sure that damaged or defective part is evident)

Requests must be made within two (2) days from receipt of product. Once your request has been approved, we will notify you via email and you may ship your order back to ArteFino.

Shipping fees of qualified products will be shouldered by ArteFino.

Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to evaluate your returned items and prepare a new item for shipping. Please note that all replacements are subject to availability of your desired product for exchange.
