How do I pay?
Credit / Debit – payment may be made by credit and debit card via PayPal and PayMaya. You will be guided on the steps upon checkout.
Bank Deposit – payment may be made by bank deposit to our BPI account. Bank details will be provided upon checkout.
GCash QR Code – before using GCash for QR merchants, make sure that you have sufficient funds in your GCash wallet. If you’ve run out of GCash funds, you can also use your available GCredit.
How to Pay QR using your GCash App?
Step 1. Open your Gcash app. Click on ‘Pay QR’ on the main page then tap 'Scan QR Code'.
Step 2. Align your phone's camera over the unique Stiloartefino GCash QR code to scan it. Wait for the next page to load.
Step 3. Input the total amount of your order in the Payment screen and tap 'Next'.
Step 4. Select whether to pay with GCash or with GCredit. Double check all details then select Pay to confirm.
Step 5. Confirm transaction details. You will see your in-app receipt on the screen. An optional feature is the download button on the upper right hand side, which allows the receipt to be saved as a photo in your phone's gallery. You will also receive an SMS confirmation from 2882, which will serve as your receipt.
Step 6. Kindly send your PROOF OF PAYMENT to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information: NAME, ORDER # AS INDICATED IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. We will confirm immediately.
Note: Please settle payment within 24 hours from order confirmation. Otherwise, your order will be forfeited by our system.
What currency are your website prices in?
All prices listed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Your total bill will be computed at checkout in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Where and how do you ship?
Local – We ship nationwide through local couriers. For deliveries within Metro Manila, the option to deliver via express delivery services are available.
International – We ship worldwide through DHL. If DHL is available in your country, we can most likely service you.
What are your shipping rates?

How will I know when my order has been shipped? Can I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number and estimated delivery schedule will also be provided in the notification.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed on the next day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Pre-orders and personalized items
Orders marked as “pre-order” and items which are personalized will take longer to fulfill. Production lead times are stipulated on the product page under the heading “product description”. We will regularly notify you on the status of your order.
Kindly allow 7 – 14 days for us to deliver your order from the time of confirmation of payment. Some products are shipped by our brand partners from all over the Philippines. Orders from multiple brands may be delivered at different times.

Are duties and taxes incorporated in my order/s? (for international purchases)
The purchase price excludes shipping fees and international customs duties and/or taxes. You may be assessed customs duties and/or taxes upon delivery of your purchases. Please check your local customs authority’s website for these fees.
