Sybulle Tapis

The “tapis” is a single, rectangular piece of colorful, hand woven cloth used as a wraparound skirt, commonly worn by women throughout the Philippines before the arrival of the 1Spanish colonizers. The colorful mix of weaves in the Sybulle Tapis alludes to a certain carefree quality. This contemporary and playful skirt with traditional hand loom weaving is flexible for various body sizes. You can also wear this as a shrug, adding a splash of color over a plain tee and jeans.
